A little peek into our Women’s Wellbeing & Menopause Retreat 💗

We thought we’d share a few of the little things we’ve been putting together for this week’s retreat, from the homemade welcome treats and puddings to the goodies waiting on the beds!

Of course, no menopause retreat would be complete without a few hand fans 😂 along with dressing gowns, slippers, some lovely samples and a copy of Me & My Menopausal Va**na for everyone to take home.

So far we've already enjoyed workshops, belly dancing, Yoga and massages, with more activities, lovely food and time to relax still to come.

We’ll share a little more of what we’ve been getting up to soon! 💕
