Carrying on from my previous posts relating to how a tenant has robbed me and left my house a sh****le, I have this morning received messages and phone calls demanding that I remove the post as they have been sent screen shots or they will go running to the police and in there words “good luck at court ya take post of or you will loose a Lott more than a house beilive me”

Well, sorry, buts its fu***ng staying there, it is such a pity I cannot name and shame these vile fu***ng humans!

Who do you think you are ringing me and messaging me with demands, you’ve basically ignored me for months.

Maybe the shame of people seeing how they lived and how they feel it it suitable to rob a man out of £1000’s has got to them.

Maybe the “Landscaper” might not get as much work on the back of it as people will see the standard of work.

They’ve left house a sh****le.

As usual, i’ll get stuck in and sort it and rent it out again, but if tenants wonder why costs are going up, this is exactly why.

Just look at that exquisite wallpapering job!!!! 🤦‍♂️

Apparently he was also a landscaper, I wouldn’t let him landscape a fu***ng plant pot.

They also said they were getting mould, maybe thats because you filled the air vent up with s**te and turned the PIV device off bellend

And by the way, the smoke alarm won’t save anybodys life in the cupboard you fu***ng muppet.

Wecome to part whatever we are on, about how tenants f**k landords over. This tenant finally moved out today, should have been everyday over the last 3 weeks but they were free loading f**kers!

They moved out with arrears of £3538.50 in inpaid rent and eviction notices, and left it a s**t hole

But, I will sort it and move on, this job can be soul destroying.

Apparently this guy was a landscaper 😂 Wouldn’t him landscape a fu***ng plant pot

Life of a landord part 2

Good news, got the last house all cleared, walls filled and painted, carpets cleaned, repairs done etc and we have a new tenant moving in tomorrow. Hopefully these will treat the house with a bit of respect and make it a proper home, and also pay the rent.

Bad news, another tenant is behind with rent of around £1800, they promised a payment on Friday which didn’t happen, so they will be issued with a section 8 and given 2 weeks notice.

However, she says she cannot move out in 2 weeks as her and the kids are on holiday!!! Wonder where my rent has gone then 🤔 I don’t think you need to be a genius to work that out

Anyway, I’ll chuck them out and be a t**t again

Life of a landord!

If anyone wonders why rents are going up and it is increasing difficult to get accepted into a private rented property please read on

Tenant moved into our almost perfect ex family home in September, they had lived in a few of our previous homes before and moved back to the area so I had no reason to be suspicious, how wrong I was.

The tenant paid the deposit and 1 rent payment and basically strung me along from then on. After issuing a section 8 notice they moved out on Sunday. They left a sofa and chair down the cellar, all wardrobes filled with rubbish, countless amout of holes drilled in the wall and to top it all off today I found out the door frame to living room has been hacked to bits to get their sofa in/out. All this along with loads of other scrapes on walls.

So they left owing £3874 in rent and it will take me a few days and around £700+ to sort. I’ve obviously kept their deposit and when the debt tracing company find their new address i will be issuing a claim from them for the rest which I think I will never see. This will probably take me about a 11 months to claw back so i can make any money, thats if there are no repairs that need doing.

Disgusting that a couple wity 2 kids can treat someone else like that and someone elses property!!!! And then lie about it saying all stuff was already there and all damage was done before moving in

But hey, landlords are c***s apparently!!!!

A few more jobs ticked off, the bar doors are all on and sealed, it’s probably the first time that garage has been water...

A few more jobs ticked off, the bar doors are all on and sealed, it’s probably the first time that garage has been water tight for some years. All framing done in the aesthetics room and now ready for wiring up. We’ve also had all the other doors in the house changed to pale green composite doors as well.
