Dynamic, creative, professional, enthusiastic and integrity...these attributes are the least you can expect when you instruct an Estate Agent!

They are also the attributes I have placed at the forefront of my career in property over the last 40 years.

I spent over 20 years on private and corporate estate agencies primarily in central London and also in Hertfordshire. Furthering my career by moving from Agent to Principal and buying land for development and also large commercial and residential investments. Dealing with everything from studio flats to penthouse apartments worth 10’s of millions. My development work has involved maximising the value of all sorts of land for residential development.

Over the years, as both Agent and Client I have seen the Excellence, Indifference and Very Poor Qualities of Estate Agents and feel privileged with Keller Williams to be able to give a service to clients which totally aligns with Excellence.

I work closely with mortgage providers, solicitors and surveyors to be able to give my clients the very best advice available in the market.

Outside of property, I am a keen skier and hold an instructors badge, I am a keen cyclist and can often be seen enjoying the beautiful countryside surrounding St Albans on my Mountain Bike. I am also deeply involved with theatre, carrying out the role of Stage Manager for St Albans Musical Theatre Company and other local Theatre groups.
