This beautiful apartment recently sold for full asking price in just 1 week…..but why? Firstly, the property was brought to the market dressed to impress. Clean, furnished, beds made. No personal photos or items lying around. This allows for the buyer to see themselves and their partner or family in the property and imagine a life in a beautifully clean and impressive space.

Secondly, the price was correct. The seller was realistic, listened to advice and took direction from experienced valuer’s. This allows for the initial impact on the market to be substantially higher than it would be if it was marketed 10% higher.
