So this is a lovely moment. Matt Seddon is joining TAUK as Head Creative.

We met on a shoot for one of my listings about four years ago. Countless homes, ideas and lengthy debates about music later, here we are 🀣

Together, we’ll be raising the standard across our photography, films, design and campaigns. Building a brand people recognise and enjoy following, even when moving is the last thing on their minds.

I take so much inspiration from brands like Holland Cooper and the care they put into the whole experience. That’s the ambition: every detail feeling considered, with something worth stopping your scroll for.

By the time Darren came to 🏑 Steph the Estate Agent | Aughton 🏑 and 🏑 Lorraine the Estate Agent, Aughton 🏑 already been on the market with two other local agents.

He had seen the difference good presentation, proper promotion and agents who actually put the work in could make.

Steph and Lorraine took over.

One week later, the property was sold.

Darren described the difference as β€œnight and day” and said there are levels to estate agency.

But the bit we’re proudest of?

β€œMost important, I trusted them.”

Local knowledge helps to secure a sale. It’s what happens afterwards that can make the greatest difference.

For David and Jolie, having Tracey and Iain on the front foot meant more than getting people through the door. It meant having experienced advice when questions arose, regular updates as the sale progressed and two people prepared to speak to everyone involved and chase matters when needed.

Because selling a home can be stressful. Feeling as though somebody capable is looking after it changes everything.
