10 Oak veneer doors fitted in St Austell a couple of months ago the customer was very happy and has me to do lots of other work for them including replace en suite bathroom, main bathroom, utility room, decorate and laminate floor living room, large decking, new fence plus various other jobs. I could be there for sometime as well as fitting in other jobs.

We employed Dominic to renovate our en-suite and I have to say the whole thing was a very pleasant experience. He was very honest and forthright about when he could start the work and the estimate was laid out for us to see the overall cost of the job. The work was completed around time stated and finished to a high standard. We were consulted about the work carried out and informed on a daily basis what was going on. We were really pleased with the finished article. I would recommend Dominic to anyone, he is a hard-working individual who takes a pride in his work.

Dom did a great job dismantling and removing our tired old fence and replacing it with a sturdy new one. We are delighted with the attention to detail and quality of workmanship, the fence looks like it’s really built to last. Dom also fitted a new kitchen tap and flush system for the loo, both now working well. We thoroughly recommend him to anyone who might need similar work in the future.

A few days spent last week on maintenance of a very large decking area I laid last year. Pressure washed the deck and railings also summerhouse swing bench and some fencing then applied a preservative oil to all areas, the original testimonial last year was very much appreciated and they are a lovely couple to work for:

Dom came highly recommended by my daughter, so I had no hesitation in asking him to upgrade our dilapidated, substantial decking. He worked methodically, paying due care to quality. The result is a professional job, well done and to our total satisfaction. So pleased were we, that we asked him to carry out some other maintenance jobs to our bungalow which had been neglected. The first big job I did when I decided to go self employed 14 years ago a lovely testimonial for the various jobs done for this customer and his wife.

DCPS has done a number of different jobs over the years. We have always been extremely happy with the service provided. The work has always been done to a very high standard and completed in a professional manner with the minimum of disruption and maximum value for money. It is the reason we have gone back to DCPS for all our maintenance and general household improvement work over the years. Complete renovation of a downstairs bathroom and toilet which involved digging out the flooring and moving the water supply, waste outlets and electrical work. This, together with the installation of power pump, shower, bath, toilet and sink together with re-plastering, travertine tiling and redecoration. Renovation and redecoration of an upstairs bathroom which involved installation of a new shower, flooring changes and re-routing waste outlets. Complete replacement, and painting of the the roof waistline, which included replacement of the bargeboards, repairs to the rafters, installation of new guttering, renovation to the soakaways and complete painting. Relocation of central heating radiators together with flushing, corrosion inhibition, bleeding and recommissioning of the central heating system. Total refurbishment of the main bedroom which involved removal of built in wardrobes, removing plaster work and renovation of the exposed old brickwork and lime mortaring together with relocation of the radiator, installation of new skirting board, exposure of oak ceiling beam and full decorating. Full refurbishment of a bedroom which involved, radiator relocation, plaster panelling, sanding and polishing old pine floorboards, paint preparation and finishing DCPS have also been very good with smaller jobs such as large hedge cutting, removal of garden waste, installation of powered water supply. In summary, we have always been extremely pleased with DCPS, in every way, that’s why we choose them for all our household maintenance and refurnishment work – small and large jobs, and will continue to do so

A raised patio and pathway done last year for one of my regular customers there testimonial was much appreciated as always :
Attention to detail
We contracted Dom in April 2021 to construct a large paved patio on our sloping front garden, a gravel path and seating area and a substantial rose arch with trellising to divide the front and back gardens. The job proved to be more difficult than expected due to a large number of rocks and boulders buried in the ground and difficulties in obtaining supplies at a time when so many people were busy with garden projects. Dom worked tirelessly to overcome these problems, managing to produce outstanding results which we are really pleased with. His professionalism, attention to detail and friendly, helpful personality are great assets and we would not hesitate to engage him again for similar work in the future.

I job I did a few weeks ago. I was not looking forward to it as I have not been on a roof without a scaffold for about 10 years but it was for one of my regular customers so had to be done. Reading there review looks like they were happy.

When we lost our chimney cowling in the winter storms we decided to contact someone who had done numerous jobs for us before …. Dom. On a calm dry day about 2 weeks later he turned up with all the right ladders and tools and within about 30 minutes the job was done. Mr and Mrs H St Austell
