We are seeking an amazing warden couple for the 2027 season at East Crinnis Holiday Park, situated on the south coast of Cornwall in St Austell Bay, a 20min walk to Carlyon Bay beach, near to Fowey and Mevagissey and within walking distance of the world famous Eden Project & the beautiful Charlestown Harbour.
East Crinnis is an award winning (Best campsite SW England 25′) medium sized family campsite, with a five star trip advisor rating from over 200 reviews. It`s made up of camping and touring pitches, Log cabins and Glamping pods, a reception/café and a summer slip and slide 100m water ride. We are situated on a former farm in a great spot to explore the whole of Cornwall.
We`re looking for an exceptional couple who want to make East Crinnis their home and be part of this lifestyle. You don`t need previous experience but must be dynamic, outgoing and with a can-do attitude and work in a team environment.
The role is varied and you might need to put your hand to anything from customer service, gardening, housekeeping, plumbing, reception etc. Although the warden is primarily to provide great customer service, friendly informative welcomes, answer questions and queries and trouble shoot problems that might arise throughout all areas of the site and keep the standards of the holiday park as high as possible. The summer season is hectic and you must be prepared for busy days expecting the unexpected, with an amazing sense of humour and flexibility to meet the customers needs.
We are looking for a relaxed, friendly couple who are great with people, who can give our guests an amazing experience for a holiday with us at East Crinnis. You will add to what is already a site which has a lovely fun and family feel to it, including site shop reception & cafe with a takeaway kitchen, and Avalanche, a 100m slip & slide summer attraction from May to September. There is the potential to earn additional income from Housekeeping or the site Cafe/takeway.
The warden couple will receive a free pitch with electric hook up, internet, water, laundry and meals from the site café and monthly paid rate over the season. There is the option to make the site your home to leave a van and stay over the winter or leave the van to travel over the winter months. We are looking to recruit this position before December 1st to be ready for our season again in March 2027.
