🏡 PENTRECHWYTH ROAD | Project Progress Update 🏡

Great to catch up on site and see strong progress continuing at our Pentrechwyth Road development.

Early ground investigations led to some design refinements, and it’s good to see those solutions now in place and driving the scheme forward. With piling underway and key infrastructure progressing well, the project is starting to take real shape.

✅ Site setting out completed
✅ Main drainage installed across the site
✅ Site access road formation progressing well
✅ Revised piling solution agreed and implemented
✅ Piling works now underway

Huge credit to Hopgrove Construction for maintaining momentum on site and responding quickly to evolving requirements 👏
It’s also a pleasure working alongside Codi Group with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality homes for the local community.

👷‍♂️🏗️Site progress update from Meadow Lane, Hirwaun 👷‍♂️🏗️

We recently visited site with our client for the latest progress meeting and were pleased to see the continued momentum across the development.

Timber frames, roofing and PV panels are now complete on plots 9-41 🏠☀️, with windows, external doors and internal works progressing well. Infrastructure works, including Section 278 and drainage, also continue on site 🚧

A big thank you to Langstone Construction for their continued hard work and commitment on site, and to for their strong collaboration and ongoing support throughout the project 👏

Great to be back on site recently at our Cwmmawr development and see just how well things are coming along 👷‍♂️🏡
There’s real energy on site, with homes now taking shape inside and out:
✅ Kitchens and bathrooms going into early homes
✅ Second fix well underway
✅ Brickwork progressing nicely, with scaffolding already coming down in places
This development is all about strong local partnerships, working with brilliant regional teams like Vaughan Construction Ltd and Beacon Cymru Group to deliver high‑quality, safe and sustainable homes for the community.
