🏡 Meadow Lane, Hirwaun Update 🏡

We're pleased to share the latest progress from our development for Newydd at Meadow Lane, Hirwaun.

✔️Homes are continuing to take shape, with internal finishes progressing across plots 9-41 and external works moving forward throughout the development.
✔️Timber frame construction is now complete for plots 1-8, adding even more visible progress on site.

It's fantastic to see the project coming together and we look forward to sharing more updates soon.

🏘️ Building homes, investing in people.

We're really pleased to be teaming up with Codi Group to support 2B Enterprising, who deliver brilliant enterprise and business skills sessions in schools near our developments.

This is part of the Community Benefits Fund - our way of making sure that when we build new homes in an area, something good comes back to the community too. In this case, that means helping local young people build confidence and skills for the future.

🏡 Great progress is being made at Pentrechwyth Road in Swansea, where we are delivering new homes for Codi Group

During July, piling works were completed, ground beams advanced and substructure blockwork got underway. Foundations have been poured for the first apartment block, while work continues on drainage, services and the foundations for Plots 7-10.

A huge thank you to Hopgrove Construction and everyone working on site for their dedication and hard work. It's great to see the development really starting to take shape. 👏

🏡 Meadow Lane, Hirwaun – Progress Update 🏡

Great progress continues at our Meadow Lane development, which is being delivered for Newydd Housing Association, with Langstone Construction carrying out the build works.
Over the last month we've seen:

✔️ More homes reaching advanced construction stages
✔️ Internal fit-out works progressing across multiple plots
✔️ Drainage and infrastructure works continuing on site
✔️ Strong progress maintained despite challenges relating to highway works
✔️ An excellent health and safety record with no incidents reported

We're looking forward to seeing the site continue to take shape over the coming months as we work towards delivering high-quality affordable homes for the community.

What a day! 🙌

Last week the team headed to Red Oak Creek in Creigiau with HCE Adventure for a brilliant team day out 🌿

We took on a series of challenges including:
🔎 Finding a “hostage” using just a map, compass and description
🔐 Solving clues and riddles to break into a safe
🐑 Herding blindfolded “sheep” into a pen using only animal noises!

It was a fun day that really put our teamwork to the test

Huge shout out to everyone for getting involved and making it such a great day 👏
