Hello to all my new followers! I’m Stephanie aka Steph, Mum or Momma…

Here are some random facts about me:

* I was born in the Seychelles but grew up in St ives, Cornwall
* I’m a big foodie and appreciate fine dining
* I’ve been a self diagnosed gluten free eater for 15 years, the only way back then to get a diagnosis from the doctor, was to eat gluten for a month, ‘no thank you’… I’ve been fine without ever since
* I have 3 Children and a French Bulldog 🐶
* I don’t like lifts/elevators. I’d rather take the stairs.
* I was brought up in the hospitality industry, my family owned a hotel here in St ives for 49 years!
* I lived in Ibiza for 4 months with my children 14 years ago and worked in luxury concierge. One of my favourite places to be to this day. If you’ve been to the less tourist places you will know why.
* 🏡 One of the most exciting projects I have done, was building a luxury home with my family. After it failed to sell previously, peak season, with a local agent (1 viewing in 3 months!). I then met with from Luxury Property Partners and the team sold it within 20 days! At that moment I decided to apply to become a partner agent with LPP, I saw how different their strategy was to all the other agents I had vetted previously. I wanted to be a part of the movement on delivering an exceptional service to higher end properties compared to those priced at the lower end of the market.
* I’m a huge empath and introvert but also I’m a little bit of an extrovert.. I guess I’m an ‘ambivert’. 🤪
* I love to be by the sea but also the countryside and then dip into the big cities for my ‘bustling fix’. 🏙️
* I love long walks, a Sunday roast and a glass of New Zealand Sauvignon.
* I danced professionally for 10 years 💃 and then I became a teenager 🤦🏼‍♀️ … I still love to dance and would love to start salsa classes!
* I love music 🎶 all kinds… depends on my mood.
* I’m not a fan of small talk 🙈 I love straight to the point, genuine people, who are also down to earth, open and honest.
