We wanted to take this opportunity to introduce or reintroduce ourselves to everyone and to put a face behind our business. We hadn’t anticipated falling in love with the place so much but we did! We had the most wonderful week in St Ives so we took a little
look at available property whilst we were there and when we spotted 9 The Meadows for sale, a run-down old fisherman’s cottage just yards from Porthmeor Beach, we knew it was just perfect! In 2016 we squeezed in a week’s stay at the house, booked in our builders and began a very extensive renovation project. The build had its ups and downs (more downs if we’re honest) but we put our heart and soul into it and turned 9 The Meadows a run-down 2 bedroomed terraced house into Rockfish St Ives, a luxury 4 bedroomed property with master bedroom suite complete with roll top bath, open plan living space, large garden and extensive sea views. Rockfish St Ives opened to our first guests’ late summer 2018 and the rest is history! We absolutely love providing all of our guests with a quality home from home experience and the opportunity to enjoy all that wonderful St Ives has to offer! We know that our guests could have chosen any number of places to stay in St Ives, but they chose us & for that we are ever so grateful!
