What an amazing lady…I had the pleasure of listening to Davina McCall today at the EXP conference.

What a story and journey she has been on and highlighted the real importance of pivoting — having to adapt and change course quickly, in life and in business — and about resilience meaning you face the hard stuff head on instead of shying away from it.

As an agent and business owner I’ve always believed that the best agents are the ones who have the most difficult conversations.

Hearing someone talk that openly about the messy, unplanned parts of their own journey, not just the highlight reel, was the most honest part of the whole conference for me.

If you’re going through your own pivot right now, in business or in life: keep going. That’s the bit nobody tells you matters most.
