The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 has scared off some but most know it’s only a temporary transition within the long term landlord and tenant relationship. In reality, we feel it has had very little impact! The only change is an extension to the notice periods and the time for landlords to take back their property. Overall, the rental market continues to grow and we offer tenants secure, comfortable homes in our local town.
