I wouldn’t normally reach out like this but under the circumstances, thought I’d come to the good people of Sale.

I've been approached by a lovely family, relocating due to work, who have a very specific request for a property in Sale.

They are looking for a 3 or 4 bed home with 2 reception rooms, a downstairs toilet and a garden.

They would like a minimum of 2 years tenancy and are willing to pay 12 months upfront to secure the right property. They would make excellent tenants.

I don’t currently have anything available that matches this request so if you or anyone you know is considering renting their house out, and it matches the requirements above, please let me know.

As with all my landlords, I won’t charge a tenant find fee, just a very competitive 8% (no VAT) pcm for full management and free credit/reference checking.
