This was the first time I had sold a property and, from the very first visit, Chris Hawthorne and Nicola Robinson made the process easy and painless for me. As well as being polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the market, they were extremely responsive to phone calls and messages during the sale process.
In addition, each of the whole team members in Sale were professional, efficient and friendly whenever I couldn't reach Nicola or Chris immediately. I was kept fully informed of viewings, and also provided with feedback after each viewing.
