WE WIN 3RD YEAR IN A ROW! That call received again yesterday from the BPA, we have won it again for 2023-2024! Consistancy! I’m so proud of this award as anyone else in the industry knows that it’s the only award to be really proud of.
All other awards revolve around a director taking time out of their busy business to create a presentation to submit to a panel in London showing how wonderful they are.. Not the British Property Awards tho, this is the only genuine award in the industry that independently judges, checks verified reviews, and above all mystery shops agents over a prolonged period of time. Out of 27 agents in Salford! This is my business, this is my team and proud this award confirms ‘We do it right’

And again that phone call yesterday … So chuffed! We only WON again! Gold for for Sales in Salford 2022. In October last year we WON Gold for Lettings and earlier in 2021 Gold for Sales. To receive it again for 2022 is just superb, so proud of my team. Total consistency in excellence. The BPA Independently assess agents using a set of 25 criteria including mystery shopping against 16 other agents in Salford! Come on…! 🏆🥇😄🙌
