22 m2 or 241 sq ft
Main room has enough room for at least 3 desks, maybe more if have smaller desks. Private meeting room has room for at least 1 desk.
Room cost is £350 a month and includes heating and electric.
The business centre is open 7.30 till 6 Mon to Fri, but you can have 24 hr entry on request.
You will need to pay for Business Rates (which are usually free if you are a small business) and your own phone/internet.
Shared access to Kitchenette and toilets, plus you get one carpark space in the car park.
A deposit of 1 months rent and 1st months rent is payable on start of the room hire. Deposit is refundable at end of hire or can just knock off last months rent if room is left in good condition.

Existing small office (10m2) now available to rent at £250 a month all inclusive of bills and waste (apart from Phone & Internet) 24 hour access available from the end of this month.

We also have 2 Bespoke Penthouse offices to rent. 15m2 @ £375 a month or 23m2 @ £550 a month (or a deal can be done for 1 large office if you wish).
