Following on from a PAT Testing job yesterday, please be careful not to overload extension leads, in the first photo you will see how close this customer came to a potential fire, very dangerous, luckily we found it in time, which is the whole point in regular testing. The second photo is of a foreign appliance which has an unfused plug and does not have insulation sleeves on the pins so does not meet UK standards, we would advise you to take care when ordering appliances from abroad, many of which don't comply with the relevant safety tests.
