💙 WHAT DOES “LOCAL KNOWLEDGE” ACTUALLY MEAN?

Estate agents say it all the time…

“We know the local area.”

But what does that actually mean?

For us, it’s knowing that two houses that look very similar on paper can have very different values because of exactly where they’re positioned.

It’s understanding the different streets, schools, transport links, conservation areas and those little pockets that buyers particularly ask us for.

It’s knowing why somebody might choose Saltaire over Shipley, Baildon over Bingley – or vice versa.

And sometimes it’s knowing the little things you simply won’t find on a property portal.

We don’t just sell houses around here.

We live, work and spend our lives around here too.
