Kitchens by Lily Elizabeth began with a love of great design and an eye for detail—but more than that, a passion for helping people create spaces they truly love. I have been designing kitchens since the beginning of my career, about 20 years ago now and I know how far I've come. I was so proud of the designs I'd put together in my MFI days and I look back on my portfolio and blush but we all lear
n. My dad is a kitchen fitter and that's where I got my start with this industry. I learnt as much from his stories of kitchens gone wrong due to plans that hadn't been properly considered as I did from the vast training given over the years. There are so many things that can go array when having a kitchen fitted, so many components, trusting your designer will be with you through to it's completion is key. You will get stressed, you will feel daunted when your kitchen is ripped out, showing the bare bones of the wall and awaiting a kitchen to arrive - so many boxes! You will feel invaded, people in your home for maybe 3 weeks?! Once the dust has settled, and you have moved all your loving knick knacks into their perfectly chosen places, and you can take a big sigh. Yes, then it's most certainly worth it. If you are ready to have a gorgeous transformation, I will be there with you from start to completion. I know first hand how you'll feel, and trust is key. I'll take time to get the design exactly as you'd want it - It's likely I'll come up with some ideas you hadn't considered. Just tell me what you love and loathe about your current set up. and I am rarely fazed by a challenging design too! You should see my cottage, not sure there's a straight wall here. Send me a message, let's have a chat.
