Anyone interested or involved in property is welcome to join and meet with like-minded people. We aim to bring people together to share and exchange experiences around property at our monthly network meetings. We also have information on great local expert trainers who could help you on your journey to becoming a property owner! Please feel free to pre-book your space for each event individually. This month we are honoured to have Sam from Blue Bricks Magazine travelling up to give us a talk and here is a taster of what it's going to be about.

How to Raise Your Profile and Attract Private Finance as a Property Investor

This talk will give you the tools and strategies you need to raise your profile and become an authority in the property industry, regardless of your experience level.

In this talk, Sam will show you proven examples of how you can raise your profile, using techniques that cost zero money, to become more investible and win more customers.

Bio: Sam started his career in property as an estate agent in 2020. After Covid struck, Sam set up his first business as a property sourcer while working as the marketing manager for Blue Bricks Magazine. In 2022, Sam bought Blue Bricks Magazine from the previous owners, increasing its readership and launching The Blue Bricks Property Awards, an ultra-high-end awards ceremony celebrating ethical property investors.

Hey all, the North East Property Meet is back!

Next week, Thursday the 22nd of February, at 7 p.m. at the fantastic Brockley Hall Hotel, Saltburn.

All are welcome whether you're a seasoned property developer or just have a few property-related questions. It is a laid-back, relaxed meetup so no need to be dressed to impress.
