Whitby - stunning whatever the season

Thought as we headed towards the end of August I'd have a little look back at the year so far.

So many repeat guests, dog visitors, families and friends have visited to far this year and we want to say thank you to everyone. Seeing the bookings appears and then the wonderful reviews make it all worthwhile.

adore Staithes.
It's five minutes away from the cottages yet it feels like its own little world down there.
Cobbled streets, cafes, quirky shops, sea and an abundance of charm.

foulsyke_farm Margot's sunflowers opened today, visit between now and the 16th of August
It's is the most stunning sight, photos just don't do it justice.
6 stems for £5, cash or card. Dog friendly, coffee van on site

Lovely day out at Saltburn food festival yesterday.

Lots of delicious food stalls and local businesses to have a wander round.

Think you can see why it's a favourite with many!

Majuba sunset market at Redcar last night

So many street food traders, food was so delicious!

It’s held right next to the beach so we went for a wander along there and the prom afterward. What a lovely evening ☺️

Saltburn is a truly wonderful place. You never quite know what you are going to see. Bet they had an amazing view up there!
