Job Position: Lettings Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
This role requires strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to effectively coordinate various aspects of property administration and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
- Coordinate and oversee project management tasks related to property improvements, renovations, or repairs.
- Utilise programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues within the properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues requiring attention or repair.
- Maintain comprehensive records of property activities, maintenance logs, and tenant communications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including electrical safety standards and mechanical integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven management experience within property management roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of Word, Microsoft
- Some previous experience of Winman/CFP would be beneficial
- Full driving licence
