Next up on the cottage BRRR is the main bedroom with a super kingsize, this a huge bedroom and we are looking at adding an en suite early next year. The photos really don’t do it justice.

So, I know it’s been a long time since we posted our progress, but we are now live and running it as a Serviced Accommodation/Air BnB! It took us a bit longer than we wanted, but that’s because we did the decorating ourselves…..won’t be doing that again. Here is the progress of the lounge, look out for the next post to see the finished result.

The plumbers are now finished in the bathroom, but this is from last weekend. We have to paint the wall and then it will be complete 😊 ~scarborough

The flooring is now done in the dining room, Dave has worked really hard on this room. Next weekend he starts on the second bedroom.

So yesterday Dave started on the flooring, the cottage is starting to get there, which is a good job as we have an SA to get up and running by July!

So we’ve been back in Scarborough since Saturday (it is half term after all!) and we’re getting a wiggle on to finish the hall. Although we do have the plasterer coming in to plaster the ceiling after the electrician configured the fire alarms and other electrics.

Haven’t posted on here for a few weeks, but we have been busy refurbing the house in Scarborough. This weekend has all been about the lounge, final part of stripping the walls and have also had some quotes from some plasterers.
