The demolition, all the mess and organised chaos and then the construction and development stages of the project itself unfolds before you.
It all becomes real.
But without all weeks, months and even years (in some cases) in the first place, of consideration, assessment and planning, there would be no site to be on!
Other people become interested in this stage.
Naturally because it’s real.
Although a lot of our investor chats and consultations happen during the concept stage.
