We'd like to welcome Simon Wildman to the MJL team! 🙌

Simon (pictured left in photo 1) joins us as our new Quality and Compliance Manager, helping oversee all of the sites we have across our operation and ensure they meet our expected quality.

Bringing with him a rich 12-year history as an Inspector at NHBC, Simon has an incredible knowledge of the industry, ranging from his time as a Finishing Foreman, through to Site Management and then the NHBC. ✅

We are committed to delivering only the best for our clients, and with Simon on the team, we can help to ensure our quality and site compliance never fall behind.

We caught up with Simon at our site in Pen Bethan, where he was helping inspect our work and conditions ahead of CQRs. Working collaboratively with our valued client Barratt Homes, Simon is instrumental to helping raise the quality across our sites.

With over 30 years knowledge in the construction industry, Simon is a familiar face to many. He's spent his first few weeks with us visiting our array of sites from Cornwall to Dorset and everything in between. 👷

In his spare time, Simon is a keen metal detector and certified artefact recorder, part of the Portable Antiquities Association and has found some incredible items over the years. 🔍

We're beyond honoured to have him with us, and helping invest in the quality of our work across the entire business. Please join us in welcoming him! 👏

We'd like to offer a warm welcome to our newest apprentice, Fynn Warren-Smith! 👋

Fynn joins us as a brand-new Groundworks Apprentice, and will be learning the trade at our site in Wells, Somerset in collaboration with David Wilson Homes. 👷

Operating in partnership with Greenlight Safety and Training, Fynn couldn't be in better hands to have the best possible start for his career. 🤝

He's working on the Elm Close development under the supervision of our expert Site Manager, Dave Carpenter.

Bringing you the latest from The Grange, in Goonhavern! 📣

We're honoured to be working alongside our clients Legacy Properties for the development of Phase 2. 🤝

Our brand new Case CX210E has arrived on site in it's iconic red and black colours, and is hard at work with our operator Michael Treneer, after returning from the Royal Cornwall Show.

The MJL team have been operating on:

✅ 471m +210m mains drainage
✅ 684m3 cellular attenuation tank

Our Site Manager, Steve Ellis, has been running the site for MJL, and we cant wait to revisit and see how his team are getting on in the near future! 👏
