A throwback to property 2 kitchen update, the cupboards were solid so seemed a shame to replace them, a coat of paint on the doors and walls and the room is so much brighter 🤍

They was previously a separate dining room and small kitchen, knocked through to create a large cooking and entertaining space.
The conservatory is no longer drafty and damp and has beautiful views onto the garden.

Let me introduce you to the face behind the business 👋

Hello I’m Ibru, I started Lemur Properties Jan 2020 as an investment for mine and my families future. My full time career is working as a medical Doctor in Lincolnshire.
Although working full time keeps me busy enough, I like to be very hands on with the renovations of the properties myself (with the help of family), and the day to day management of the investments and Lettings.

Since Jan 2020 Lemur properties has successfully bought, renovated, and tenanted 3 properties.
We have been super busy over Xmas, and new year finalising our fourth property. Which we hope will make someone a lovely home in the coming weeks.

My partner Kaylie is the face behind the social media accounts here and on Facebook, so we are very much a family run business.
