The Truth...

An EPC stands for Energy Performance Certificate. Think of it as a report card for a house that rates how energy-efficient it is from A (amazing) to G (basically a tent). If you're selling a home, you legally must have one before your house goes on the market (with a few exemptions). An 'A' rating means lower energy bills, while a lower rating means you might need to invest in some thicker jumpers! 🔥❄️
