Wine‑glass profile – engineered structural form
✔️ 1:3 gradient slope = geometrically stable, dissipates lateral water pressure
✔️ Water loading compresses the basin into the surrounding strata, eliminating settlement or slumping
✔️ Reinforced upper vertical rim = heron and predator deterrent, maintains safe depth for stock

NEXT STAGE: Perimeter channels fully compacted, lime‑free OPC mortar 3:1 mix, frost‑resistant soldier course laid to form a continuous structural ring — built to industry standard, designed for longevity. 🙂👍

Another Project Complete 🙂👍Bespoke Frame & Stable Door Installation

This internal opening had a subsided and oversized existing frame, making it impossible to fit a standard door. We bespoke constructed a new frame from solid pine, fitted precisely inside the existing frame to create a stable, correctly sized opening.

We then professionally fitted the stable door, adjusted it for smooth operation, and finished the entire unit today with a durable paint finish in classic sage green.

✅ Corrected subsided/out-of-square opening
✅ Bespoke solid pine frame fitted within existing structure
✅ Stable door professionally hung and adjusted
✅ Full sage green paint finish applied

🔨 Barn Door Installation | Front Room/ Conservatory

Friday- Modified & reduced existing frame dimensions for precise fit. Bespoke solid pine barn doors installed — selected for both aesthetic finish and practical functionality, ideal for separating the living area from the conservatory while safely containing birds and pets.

To be finished Monday: full paint system in sage green, plus installation of all ironmongery — latches, locks and fixtures.

Client extremely pleased with progress and result so far 🙂👍
