and interior finishes so unlike most other house builders you will not find the same repetitive finishes in any two of our developments. We are renowned for build quality, high specification and luxury fittings together with excellent customer service. Our Directors and senior personnel are closely involved with all stages of our developments and can often be seen working on site. We believe this hands on approach ensures the highest standards of Craftsmanship by our construction personnel and that our meticulous high standards, attention to construction quality and standard of finish are reflected throughout all stages and elements of our developments. We are more than happy to arrange update viewings on all developments under construction and, dependant on build stage, able to offer personalised finishes and specifications. All completed homes are individually inspected by our senior personnel and Directors prior to handover to ensure that our exacting company standards have been met for our discerning purchasers. Wedgewood Homes are NHBC registered builders and all of our new homes come complete with a 10 year NHBC warranty. Our customer services team is second to none and are on hand to ensure that any queries our homeowners have are dealt with speedily and efficiently.
