Amazing to see our clients succeeding and progressing…. Having worked with Theresa Abatey-Chanase and Simon for many years we utilised a brilliant strategy to help them bring a tired unloved building to life.

It’s been a longer journey than anyone ever imagined, after builders discovered difficult issues lurking under the covers, but pleased to see them go live with their first SA unit.

Who could have thought a smelly unloved ugly old HMO could look so freaking amazing…

And yes the photos are of the same room - what a before,during and after there.
