Horizon also hold bespoke Service Level Agreements for blocks under our management with the caretakers who serve these sites. We know no sites are identical and so as well as generic routine maintenance tasks, there will also be site specific tasks

These Agreements are an important way of ensuring a consistently high maintenance service so we keep our sites looking their best
