📢 Exterior walls start going up! 🏡🔨

This week we had planned to have laid the damp proof course and then pour the concrete slab, but sometime in construction things don’t go to plan. We had a delay so rather than waiting, we started on the block and brick construction of the exterior walls and we will come back to the concrete pad in the coming weeks. We are hoping to be at the first-floor height next week and start work on the floor trusses.

📢 Pouring the concrete footings! 🏡🔨

This week we have had sign off from building control on the foundation trenches we had dug and we have poured the concrete footing. By the end of the week, we will have laid the damp proof course that will protect the foundations against moisture and be ready for pouring the concrete slab next week.

We have had a busy week this week. We have carried out pre viewing due diligence on 27 properties. Out of them 27 properties, we booked viewings for 11 properties. Out of the 11, we put offers forward on 4 deals.

Property investing is a numbers game. The key thing to remember is not to become a motivated buyer. Do the number and if they stack, move onto the next step in the process. Don’t make the mistake where you start to manipulate the numbers to make the deal look better than what it is. The only person you are lying too, is yourself.
