The government have just announced that the 95% mortgage will be making a return for young people looking to get on the housing ladder. Good idea or possibly more risk down the line?

We help you try to take control of the process as repossession will affect your future ability to get credit or lending.

You shouldn’t just accept that there’s nothing you can do as the whole process allows you to get in touch and negotiate with the lender throughout – and we can help with that.

If you leave it to the bank to sell your property, then you have no control over what happens with the price. The bank will look to cover their money owed, legal fees and pay off any other loans secured about the property. If there is any money left then you’ll receive this. But it’s worth noting that repossessed properties will nearly always sell for less than if you were to take control of the sales process – and that’s where we can step in and help.
