Our latest research reminds us why this matters so deeply: 70% of students have experienced feelings of isolation or loneliness while at university. ❤️‍🩹

Being away from home can already be a huge adjustment, and knowing you have People around you can make all the difference. That's why building welcoming, supportive Communities has always been a priority for us — and why we're committed to doing even more.

Celebrating our unsung heroes at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards 2025!

We’re incredibly proud to have not one, but two outstanding Colleagues recognised as finalists at this year’s Property Week Student Accommodation Awards – both nominated for the Unsung Hero category for their exceptional impact on our Colleagues, Customers, and Communities.

✨ Hannah Oliver – Security & Help Desk Manager, Essex

Hannah makes the complex look effortless. From overhauling guest bookings to supporting students and staff through daily operations, she’s the steady, calm presence behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly. Her work touches every part of the student experience, and we’re thrilled to see her recognised.

Faouzi doesn’t just maintain standards – he elevates them. Through reviewing supplier contracts, delivering in-house training, and driving improvements across the board, he’s strengthened our partnerships and ensured consistently high quality for students and the University of Gloucestershire.

We're thrilled to share that Brunswick House, our Cambridge student accommodation, has been named an official winner in the inaugural 2025 uhomes.com Must Stay Awards.
