Mindset Mondays-
At the start of the week, I like to think about things in a simple and clear way.
Focus on what you can control.
This is a very effective and simple way to practice having a positive mindset, good attitude towards your work/goals and the simplest way to start feeling good about yourself.
And in property, I’ve learnt that’s a massive part of getting results, heck with anything, and in this instance, it works!
With that being said.
Here are simple steps I take to maintaining a positive mindset and to approach tasks in this property business!
Make a simple plan of 3 things you need to do then by
✅writing them down and all you need to get it done! The night before!
E.g. I needed to make sure I started posting today, So I can hit the ground running for the launch of my website, on the 24th. So I wrote down last night a schedule of what I find useful to maintain a positive mind set, so I won’t spend ages thinking what to write today and not end up doing it!
✅Get moving and be active.
What I mean is, it’s all good to have a plan but if you’re slow about getting to the plan, there’s a high probability that you won’t get it done.
Solution is, get up and get active, like exercise, walk, jump, jog just do something that gets your heart racing , even if it’s for 15minutes, you’ll feel energies and warmed up to get to the todo list you set. Heck even have that as a thing to do.
You will feel good about yourself for doing it and will feel more determined to get the rest of your plan done!
✅Set time to do them in, with 5 minute breaks in between,
You will find you get a lot more done! It works, I promise
E.g.
Setting setting 15minutes for small tasks and getting to them with 3 minutes break
25 minutes for bigger tasks and taking 5 minutes break after.
This way you’re using your time well and being consistent with getting your work done.
