Office Manager is needed to run the accounts & admin at our ambitious and expanding property investment business. Although we specialise in Student Lettings we are active in other residential and commercial property areas.

The successful applicant will be friendly and outgoing with excellent organisational skills. Finance experience is required and knowledge of using Xero advantageous but the most important attributes are being a “self starter” and working well with our close knit and talented team.

Main responsibilities will include:

Entering & managing Payments in & Payments out (Xero)

Chasing Rent arrears (credit control)

Managing energy accounts

Managing council tax/ business rates

Managing Tenant’s contracts (including personal information)

Keeping property management software up to date

Calculating service charges

Some tenant relations/welfare/support

Small amount of PA work.

Filing/record keeping

Improving office systems

The role its full time and salary will be upto £25,000 depending on experience.
