I’m incredibly grateful for every single review, recommendation, and client who has trusted me over the years.

If I’m honest, maintaining the level of service I expect from myself can be exhausting at times. I care deeply about every client experience, and that’s exactly why I’ve always been careful about how many clients I take on.

This year has started at full speed. It’s been one of the busiest starts to a year I’ve ever had, which has now given me a chance to step back and reflect on how I work, where I add the most value, and how I can continue delivering the level of care my clients deserve.

Because of that, I’ll be making some changes to the way I work moving forward. Some exciting updates are on the horizon, designed to help me provide an even better experience while maintaining the quality that’s helped earn those 75 reviews.
