On Monday we replaced this wooden gate post. As you can see the original one had rotten very badly and Liam was able just to remove it with minimal effort. Swipe to see some of the during photos and the after photo at the end.

We also added a post to support the gate when opened to take some of the weight off the new post. Hopefully this will improve the life span of the new post.

Hallway transformation

We turned this dated hallway into a light and airy space.

By removing the window into the bedroom, wall paper, wooden trim and the partition we then re plastered, added extra spotlights and new carpets creating a more bright and crisp area.

Bathroom renovation

Here’s the after, swipe to the right to see the before. We came into a lot of issues during this project a slow leak and corroded pipes with damp meant Liam did a whole re plumb and took some of the wall away to rebuild without the rotten timbers behind.
