I look back at the thousands of pictures of the build and am amazed at how beautiful and different is the transformation of this site. In the middle of the quiet English countryside, the buildings retain their historic quality and majestic robust character while wearing an inner beauty of a high quality of finish and master craftmanship. And when blue skies are overhead and a warm sun brightens the serene courtyards, with the sounds of birds and nature all surrounding, you realize the peace and quietness of your favorite holiday memories have somehow been replicated. This is a place you can call home with satisfaction and joy. This is a place that inspires you to live and be your best. The Wyke Cottages...the past remains alive and echoes constantly the good that has been before, the excellence that is, and the greatness that can be, by everyday getting a little bit better.

The Wyke Cottages are beautiful on the inside, but the views and feels all around make the whole area a very relaxing and inviting place to live.

4 of 9 of The Wyke Cottages are in the final stages of closing... with multiple interests in all the remaining. But there is still time to come see them and secure the one that speaks to you.

Neil and Lisa D. visited Heritage Point today and were rubbing the restored original beams , as we talked about living among the beams. "You can feel the history," said Neil, "and you have done this so sympathetically to the heritage, if a building could talk, ... it would say, Thank You!" Thanks, Neil... for that affirmation.

Hopefully, good weather is about to arrive.

Last night the powerful winds blew a 20 foot section of tree from a 40 foot tree and almost took out our new sign just put in yesterday ... but it survived... call the realtors or contact us here for an early tour...
