Born in Reading, went to Whitekights Primary School and Maiden Erlegh Secondary School, apart from a bit of travelling and the odd holiday feel like we have never left! We have both moved between Shinfield, Earley, Lower Earley and Winnersh. Given we cycled our bikes around everywhere as kids, knowing all the roads and cut through's has really helped with being local agents. Clearly there is a reason why we haven’t left, it's great place to live, lots going on and plenty to keep us busy. We have also been stuck as friends for a long time! So both of us worked in the customer service and hospitality industries when we were younger and then moved into Estate Agency by chance. We have both been in managerial position’s for top performing Estate Agents, helping us gain the knowledge to deal with many situations. Then after a combined 17 years, winning multiple awards along the way, we have decided that we can make a difference to the industry and how we want to help people, as it’s not about the awards we win, it’s about the big wins for the people we help. We like and want to help people, we get a buzz from doing this, however the current Estate Agents are only figure based, pushed to achieve big numbers, meaning you the "customer" becomes a "number"… not a person to help. We want to be able to give our one on one time, contact through our mobiles, be invested in your move and the reasons why, so that we can give the most amazing service. Between us we must have listed and sold over a 2000 houses, so whilst we are young in age, we have plenty of experience dealing with so many styles of transaction. We would like to be able to pass our experience onto the people we work with and to help even more people move with us successfully. We believe moving home is a journey, a journey that can be stress free. If you have the right attitude and the will to do the right thing when you say you're going to do it, the experience is a great one. We would love it if you joined us on our journey.
