A day in Milton Keynes spent coaching my mentee Beverley Dowsett iad UK on making the best of the tools made available by iad UK.

A great day that started with coffee and a light lunch at a fantastic and extraordinary garden centre.

We then viewed a show house at a new exciting development nearby, then we headed to her house to see how she can prospect better and more efficiently by targeting what is in high demand in her area.

We analysed other agencies’ marketing and adverts to see what she, with the power of , can bring to her local vendors.

We wrote personalised letters for each house which we then hand delivered and she has already been asked to come back to one of the houses 💪💪💪.

I feel a listing in the air 💨

We finished the day with a property networking event where we met interesting actors of the industry, despite the strange absence of the organisers and the venue not being aware of the event itself… 🧐😂.

A quick pizza en tête-à-tête, and it was already time to go back to the station to go home.

Thank you Beverley for being so switched on and fun to work with. We laughed a lot and I feel we achieved a lot today. Now you have work cut out for you to conquer East Milton Keynes, but I believe in you!

If you want to meet Beverley, she has organised with the head office a BOP at Hotel La Tour on 24th September between 7pm and 9pm. Hope to see you there 😉.

Followed by coffee with our former mentee Gaëlle. She had a wonderful time at iad for the three years she was with us, and good to catch up with her and hearing about her new life. iad friends are friends forever.

Left home at 6.30 this morning to be able to validate my proxy at the French consulate for this weekend’s elections before another training session with Jason Bull. I arrived bang on time by the Tower on London to cross Tower Bridge. Enough time for a coffee, and another exciting training day started 💪💪💪

Last week was the opportunity to catch up with my French dream team for a meeting by the famous Lake of Guerledan followed by dinner with spouses and partners, and our surveyors from Activ’Expertise.

It was the opportunity for me to meet two newcomers that have joined Allan Remond IAD’s team, his first mentees, Maeva and Guillaume.

My mentor two levels up, Herve, joined us to get to know better the expanding network in Brittany.

Now back in the UK to focus on my mentees this side of the Channel with exciting new candidates joining me soon.

Arriving at Tower Bridge this morning at 10 am and leaving at 11 pm (first and last photo).

I kept forgetting to take photos or videos during the day because I love living the moment for what it is, not living it through a lense.

What happened today?

- Bronze mentor training with Jason Bull. An excellent reminder of what good mentoring is. Some skills I use everyday, but some others I have slowly stopped using. I loved the “Learning how to drive” parallel. I will definitely reuse that. Thanks, Jason 😉

- It was particularly put into practice as I was helping two of my mentees juggling with sales with international chains. The conclusion as always is: there are no problems, there are only solutions. 💪

- A BOP animated by Lee and Jason followed by interesting conversations with people from all areas, backgrounds, nationalities etc. interested in joining . The 🌎 is your 🦪.

- Dinner with some of my team (and that’s when I really missed a snap, thought about it then got carried away with the conversation)

- A walk back to London Bridge with Olivia Baiden and Sonia Laidouni, two super 🌟 🌟 from the London Team.

And now? Back to home sweet home, the

OH YES! And I saw that biiiig ship being towed under Tower Bridge. Not sure I had ever seen the bridge open but it was really exciting!
