As I am getting home, only 7 hours away from my second exams, I feel@nonetheless ready, having run a small group class in my old church in Winderton, and trained myself a couple of times with Sam, my former PT Sam Hilton and having my files printed in Banbury ready for Tuesday and my 3rd exam…
Can’t wait to go to bed now though I must admit…

Content de pouvoir reprendre mes propres séances matinales après 2 mois er demis de formation + stage 6j/7.
Si comme moi la nature vous a donné des biceps courts (un simple test de doigts en contraction vous le dira. 2 doigts et + == biceps courts), il faut travailler sur l’harmonisation du reste du membre supérieur, cad brachial antérieur et avant bras.
L’exercice parfait, le curl inversé. La prise en pronation (paumes au-dessus de la barre) va solliciter le brachial antérieur, et la descente en resistance, l’avant-bras, tout en continuant d’étirer et de travailler le muscle long.
Ne vous attendez pas à des charges lourdes, mais attendez-vous à bien le sentir!

A day in Milton Keynes spent coaching my mentee Beverley Dowsett iad UK on making the best of the tools made available by iad UK.

A great day that started with coffee and a light lunch at a fantastic and extraordinary garden centre.

We then viewed a show house at a new exciting development nearby, then we headed to her house to see how she can prospect better and more efficiently by targeting what is in high demand in her area.

We analysed other agencies’ marketing and adverts to see what she, with the power of , can bring to her local vendors.

We wrote personalised letters for each house which we then hand delivered and she has already been asked to come back to one of the houses 💪💪💪.

I feel a listing in the air 💨

We finished the day with a property networking event where we met interesting actors of the industry, despite the strange absence of the organisers and the venue not being aware of the event itself… 🧐😂.

A quick pizza en tête-à-tête, and it was already time to go back to the station to go home.

Thank you Beverley for being so switched on and fun to work with. We laughed a lot and I feel we achieved a lot today. Now you have work cut out for you to conquer East Milton Keynes, but I believe in you!

If you want to meet Beverley, she has organised with the head office a BOP at Hotel La Tour on 24th September between 7pm and 9pm. Hope to see you there 😉.

Followed by coffee with our former mentee Gaëlle. She had a wonderful time at iad for the three years she was with us, and good to catch up with her and hearing about her new life. iad friends are friends forever.
