Do you own a house you rent out in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas? Do you get ripped off by the useless agents in Shrewsbury ?
In January we conducted a very simple experiment.
We called four of the local well known agents in the town.
ALL wanted an upfront fee to rent out our imaginery house.
The fees they quoted were between 10 and 17% per month.
PLUS they charge for the landlord safety checks, EPC etc.
BUT best of all the repairs ! We know for FACT that ALL agents rip the landlord/landlady off, lets say the tenant calls with a boiler issue, the agent eventually sends someone out to fix it and then recharge the owner PLUS an average of DOUBLE the invoice !
If you own a house in Shrewsbury or the local villages we will manage it, you pay a straight fee with NO extras and if repair work is needed you pay that cost and NO extra !
Very import too, we have been looking after houses for only 7 years here, in 7 years we have had NO payment arrears,FACT ! We have NEVER had any issues with tenants and guaranteed ALL other agents have ! Again FACT !

So girls and guys. Who’s still being ripped off by estate agents in Shrewsbury or anywhere for that matter ?
Now these guys are just plain con artists, Roger Parry & Partners in Shrewsbury.
Landlords, some advise, PLEASE don’t fuel these crooks, tenants, go elsewhere !!
These people are pure con artists and need to be exposed.

**Got a house to rent,then read on**
We are looking for good quality 3 plus bedroomed houses to let for our cleints,our houses tend to be on the higher scale.We have 3 clients looking NOW,Bashchurch x2 and Copthorne,lets not mince our words,most agents are pants,they'll have 600 quid off you and that is before they have found you a tenat,then they'll screw you for upto 15% of the rent,then they'll charge you for EVERYTHING and bluntly rip you off, we don't,NO rip off set up charges and certainly no where near the % they charge! We have 100% collection rate (rent) and NEVER had to issue court papers to get tenants out.
