We are looking for a maintainence person to help with our various tasks that occur regularly from our portfolio of managed properties across Leicestershire, such things as fence repairs, interior and exterior painting, gardening and general property repairs. You must be honest, reliable, capable and your have own suitable transport. This would be a part-time position and would suit either a self-employed or employed person and could easily develop into a full-time commitment if you require.

If your boiler is not working, suddenly broken down and displaying a fault code,
Google your fault code - in this weather it is likely to be a frozen condensate pipe. Try boiling your your kettle and carefully pouring hot water over the pipe. Your boiler should come back on and you will save yourself money by not needing to call out an Engineer. Times are tough for too many at the moment so stay safe and safe warm !! 👍

You're going to come in contact with an awful lot of people who are at their absolute breaking point this month. Friends, family, neighbours, co-workers, teachers, strangers in the grocery store, retail workers. While it maybe the merriest time of year for some, it maybe the saddest, most stressful, loneliest, most heartbreaking for other's.
We're all busy. But we're not too busy to be kind, caring and patient. Remember the best thing you can give someone this season is your love and kindness.
