The Bathroom floor at this one had collapsed and needed to be replaced🔨
so we cut the bad damaged sections out and put supported timbers in 👍
Then the new vinyl floor down 😎

What a job this was! Dug out the old water main replaced the whole pipe with reducers down to 22mm copper pipe and fit new feeds for the hot and cold all ready for the next kitchen to be fitted!

Old on the right, new on the left. It doesn’t always have to be a huge swap with a new £500+ tap. It can be a easy in and out simple job

We’ve been flat out at Lark plumbing recently but we wouldn’t want it any other way… besides remembering to post the jobs we’ve been up to 🤷‍♀️
This was a small job with a quick drain down and replacement of a Radiator Valve. These things can be such a pain and without checking can cause huge water damage! Double check them valves 👍

The old basin was smashed by a bottle on a shelf so without a doubt we come round, we quoted, we fixed ✅
On the plus it’s a lovely upgrade💁‍♀️

You do know you don’t have to put up with the constant… drip…drip…drip…drip💧
GET THAT TAP SORTED!
Just like this one we tried to replace the cartridges but they were stuck in so we replaced the tap with no extra labour charge!
P.s that water bill is going to drop after getting the tap fixed 😉
