We have a two acre garden which has fabulous views. In the garden we have a 2 bed, 2 bath static lodge. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good bedding and hot showers plus bath.
In the house we have two bed and breakfast double rooms with own bathroom ( shower) we only book both for the same family friends group. You have the space to yourselves 😀
We are a rural spot that is just across the fields from Gibraltar point nature reserve and beach. Please note we do have some road noise but we can’t see it. We have no near neighbours.
We are minutes in the car from fabulous and often empty beaches. Just minutes in the opposite direction takes you to the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds.
On site we have a half acre pond filled with native and Koi Carp. ( no fishing) They are beautiful and peaceful to watch though.
For bird watchers we have several birds of prey, Owls, King Fishers etc. each year we have Ducklings, Goslings ( grey lag) and moorhens.
The static has outdoor furniture and its own patio in front of the water and under a Walnut tree. But we have a gated patio and balcony to our farmhouse so we leave you to privately enjoy the lions share of garden. You are left alone to enjoy the pond, meadow and orchard. Use of large bbq with rotisserie, sun beds and pizza oven. If we can add anything to make your trip great, just ask, and if we can, we will.
Our chickens roam freely and eggs are always available. Plus fruits from orchard.
One of the bedrooms in static is a twin and we welcome children over the age of 10. Insurance doesn’t allow younger with the pond. Apologies.
We are happy to take a family booking for static and add parents to stay in the house for a little more luxury. ( perhaps just for part of your stay)☺️
We have a beautifully situated hot tub on our private patio. More than happy to get out of your way for your private use. No chemicals so it’s cleaned, filled and heated especially to order for £15. It’s a log burner but no work for you, we do it all. Fab for day time views in flower filled cottage garden or star gazing in the evening and we love the garden lights and twinklers so a lovely romantic setting. Bring beverage of your choice 🥂🍾
We have been totally dog friendly until now but we’ve realised that protecting the young wild life and letting the chickens roam free is more important. However, if you have great recall and you know your pup doesn’t chase livestock or jump in the water to chase the young, then please ask and we will definitely consider. The garden is fenced and gated.
I love to cook and also offer food packages. Breakfasts, tapas board, afternoon teas, picnic basket etc. just ask.
Prices; from £70 per night for either 1 x double room for two people or the static on a self catering basis for up to 4 people. ( 3 beds, two bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
Plenty of parking
We are Croft in Lincolnshire. 10 minutes from Skegness if that’s your thing. So much to do here. Great dining at fabulous local pub.
We can also, once the house or static is booked, add a caravan or camper to your party @ from £20 per night with elec and water.
