Block this guest. After departing messaged to say shower disgusting. She went and removed the drain fitting in the walk in shower and found hair in the hair trap, only visable if you remove the whole fitting in the floor of the shower which no guest needs to touch. Said found what she said was a grain of rice under the fitted sheet and as I didn't entertain her now says its a maggot 🤣
Also tried saying the van is completely mouldy.
