What a lovely afternoon! 🏍️🎸☀️

Our residents asked to visit the motorbike meet this weekend in Wainfleet and of course, their wish is our demand! 🫡

We had such a wonderful afternoon enjoying all the amazing bikes, doing a little shopping, listening to the live band and of course finishing off with an ice cream! 🍦

On our way back home, we were given a very special surprise when some beautiful horses came to say hello! 🐴🥰 We were told they don’t usually come this close to the gate, so we feel incredibly lucky that’s they came to see us!

Another amazing afternoon spent with lots of sunshine, smiles and even more memories made!

A very messy activity! 🎨😅

We got stuck into some good old-fashioned papier-mâché! It started off very fun with loads of creativity and laughter, but by the end we was all definitely ready to say goodbye to the mess! 🤣

Messy hands, messy tables and lots of “we’re not doing this again!” 🤣 definitely an activity we will remember!

An amazing day at Nature land Sea Sanctuary! ☀️🦭

Today, our residents had a wonderful day out visiting the Seal Sanctuary, joined by some lovely residents and caregivers from our sister care home!

It was so lovely to spend the day together, enjoying the sunshine, seeing all the animals and, most importantly, making some amazing memories along the way. There were plenty of smiles, laughter and lots to see and enjoy!

And of course, no day out would be complete without a well-deserved ice cream & donuts to finish the day off! 🍦🍩😋

A huge thank you to both our manager and Aspen Lodge Care Home’s manager for making this wonderful day out possible. We’d also like to say a big thank you to everyone who came along and helped throughout the day, making sure our residents had such a fantastic time! 💖

Another lovely morning in our home filled with creativity, laughter and plenty of special memories made! 💖

This morning our residents got creative and made some beautiful dream catchers! It was wonderful to see the residents getting involved, choosing their own colours and adding their own personal touches to create something special to hang proudly in their rooms. 🎨🌙

We was lucky enough to have some lovely little helpers join us again today and our residents always enjoy their company! 🥰
