When deciding to get some roof repairs make sure you get a reputable company with genuine reviews otherwise you could end up with shoddy expensive repairs like these. Always check their public and employers liability insurance and you have a contact address. Unfortunately for this elderly couple they were taken for alot of money...not once but twice. This is NOT our work, weve been asked for advice, but in our honest opinion the only way to correct this would be to take it all off and re-roof with building regulations

This property had its soldier course dropping due to lack of support, so we removed the brickwork, installed a steel lintal and re-built

This pitched tiled roof was to shallow for tiles, so we took it all off, upgraded the insulation to 50mm ridged for extra warmth, boarded with 18mm osb and topped off with ProTec 185 fibreglass system.
