🌊 WHAT A FIRST MONTH FOR AVALON! 🌊

When we opened the doors to Avalon by Soluna Stays, we genuinely did not know what to expect.

Just a few weeks later, we have welcomed our first guests, received 3 lovely reviews and now have more than 260 people following our little family business. ❤️

We have been so pleased to hear guests describe Avalon as comfortable, homely, beautifully presented and somewhere they would love to return to.

For us, that is exactly what we wanted to create – somewhere that feels like a proper home by the coast, rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

A huge thank you to everyone who has stayed with us, followed the page, shared our posts, recommended us or simply wished us well. It really does make a difference when you are starting something new.

We still have Avalon by Soluna Stays available for the August Bank Holiday weekend in Chapel St Leonards.

📅 Friday 28th – Monday 31st August
🏡 3 nights – £725 for the whole property
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Sleeps up to 6 guests

Avalon is a newly renovated, high-quality coastal bungalow, perfect for families or couples looking for a comfortable break by the Lincolnshire coast.

✨ 3 bedrooms – 2 king rooms and 1 twin
🎬 Separate cinema room
🌿 Large secure enclosed garden
☀️ Large conservatory
🔥 Log burner
🚗 Parking for up to 4 cars
🐾 Up to 2 small dogs welcome by prior agreement
🏖️ Around a 10-minute walk to the beach
🚌 Bus stop directly outside for Skegness, Mablethorpe and Alford

£725 for the 3-night stay, including cleaning.
Dogs are £30 per dog for the stay.

This is our remaining Bank Holiday availability and we are looking to welcome guests who will enjoy and respect Avalon as their home for the weekend.

After months of renovating, decorating and getting everything ready, we're so pleased that our first weekend AND our first midweek stay are now booked. 🎉

It's such a lovely feeling knowing that Avalon is finally going to be enjoyed by our guests after all the work our family has put into bringing it to life.

Did you know you can enjoy a stay at Avalon by Soluna Stays without needing a car?

One of the things we love about Avalon's location is just how easy it is to get here — and how easy it is to explore once you've arrived.

📍 The bus stop is literally right outside the bungalow — the second photo is taken from our driveway!

From here you can hop on a direct bus to:
🚌 Skegness – around 36 minutes
🚌 Mablethorpe – around 36 minutes
🚌 Alford and other nearby destinations

And if you're planning on staying local, you're only around:
🏖️ 10 minutes' walk from the beach
🛍️ 10 minutes' walk from Chapel St Leonards village, with shops, cafés, takeaways and amenities nearby.

Coming from further afield? Travelling by train and connecting onto local bus services makes Avalon a great option for guests travelling from places such as Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Lincoln and beyond.
