Recent bathroom completed after the client had someone start it then disappear with some of her money.

Recent bathroom completed alongside Nigel Hesketh of Hesketh Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Bath removed and fully tiled walls stripped.
Shower area had new waterproof boards fitted in place of the original plasterboards.
The rest of the wall were re-plastered along with the ceiling.
Metro wall tiles in the shower area and behind the combined 'L' shaped WC and sink unit.
Fully tiled floor to finish.
New downlights and in-line extractor fan installed by Alan Burton of AMB Electrical Services. Just the decoration to be carried out by Graham Mowatt of Decorating by design

Start of a new week and a new job with Nigel Hesketh of Hesketh Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Kitchen replacement with internal changes to the interior walls.
All ripped out and ready to skip in a couple of hours. 👍🏼💪🏼

Bathroom finished today.
Made 2 small rooms into one larger one, removed the bath and set in place a low level shower tray to create a walk in shower.
Supplied and fitted an electric water heater/storage tank to replace the old inefficient emersion heater which also gave the customer pressurised hot water to give them a lovely flow to the new shower valve with lots of pressurised hot water.
Half tiled the rest of the room beyond the shower area.
Also replaced the old steel soil stack outside for a new maintenance free one.
Lined the ceiling with new plasterboard and fully skimmed the room.
Carried out with Nigel Hesketh of Hesketh Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Thanks to Jake Hornby for the rubbish removal. Great service as always.

Loft conversion coming on in leaps and bounds now.
Plastering will completed today.
The fire proof wood effect cladding is in place and looks amazing.
Just the 2nd fix Joinery to sort and fit the en-suit out.
Been a great job to work on with the steel structural system we've used.
Also, the garage extention is underway in preparation for the garage conversion with new entrance porch to be carried out at the same property.

Day 3 of the Loft conversion dormer structure.
The steel structure is now installed and ready to be lined out and for the roof to go on.
Another hard, hot day but the build is looking very impressive.
It should be watertight by tomorrow afternoon with the GRP flat roof covering completed by Friday lunchtime.

Exciting new project started this week.
A full loft conversion with dormer to the rear.
A revolutionary full steel structure system being used by us for the first time.
It means the structure can be built and watertight within the first week of the project to then enable us to carry on with the inside whatever the weather throws at us.
It's been a hot one so far but it's coming along nicely.
The entire roof on the front elevation has been stripped and re felted and battened by the client and his brother prior to us starting to install the structure.
This really is an amazing system.
Keep an eye out for more photos as we progress.
